A very pleasant and delicious surprise without a blood glucose hit!
So delicious. I've had a lot of low-carb high-protein bars and some are ok, some are like eating chalk, some are like eating solidified goo, but this has all the things -- taste and texture and the bar isn't shrink-flated down to a measley portion. Had one and based on my CGM readings it did not have an impact on my blood glucose so it's safe (for me) to have as a low-glycemic-impact snack.

Best Tasting Protein Bars!
Quest Overload bars are my favorite because they contain 20g of protein (without the aftertaste), are delicious, and keep me satisfied for at least 5 hours. They cost a little more per bar but are worth it!
