I gave the product four stars because of the ingredients however, if you have an autoimmune disease, I would not recommend it as Rishi mushroom can make your autoimmune disease worse.

As an otherwise healthy person, my weight gain may e related to a severely over worked liver so i decided to try a liver cleanse and change of diet. i lost 20 lbs the first three weeks so I recommend you look into it. its worth the effort to change and I will pursue it even though i am really old and not the gal i once was. i feel so much better.

I didn’t keep using these really for no reason I just think it’s another gimmick. I don’t know what it’s doing to your body. I have a very sensitive stomach.

Used with healthy diet Improved energy, eliminated head aches and my total cholesterol blood work had improved dramatically! Nothing negative about it except that I wish it was less expensive, but I tell myself you get what you pay for. Now that I am retired and living on SS I may experiment with alternating use every other month to help with cost.
