As expected. On Time, what was advertise. Can't complain. This is my favorite Electrolyte powder.

I use them whenever I am on fasting. I used to have headaches and feeling lethargic due to electrolyte imbalance. But since I take them, I feel better. However, I don't drink it everyday. I only have it depending on my activity for the day.

The package has strong laundry softener smell on it! Even the EMNT packets inside the box! I can’t consume this. I ordered unflavored but it comes scented with strong fabric softener smell!! I’m so disappointed!

This is the best hydrating without calories on the market

I’ve been using LMNT for a while and have been very happy with it. I follow a carnivore/low-carb lifestyle, so getting enough electrolytes is important. I like that this version has no sugar, no artificial sweeteners, and mixes easily with water. The raw unflavored version lets me add it to my drinks without changing the taste. It helps me stay hydrated, especially during workouts and in hot weather. It’s more expensive than some electrolyte products, but the quality makes it worth it. It’s basically salt. I bought this expensive electrolyte because I didn’t like the flavour of salt in my water and now got exactly the same. Do not recommend this flavour. The other flavours might taste better but not recommended while on ketosis.

Noticed more energy and alertness in the first few days, especially since I have quit coffee for a few weeks prior.
