Best fitness tracker I have tried to date.
I have tried lots of fitness trackers, the Apple Watch, the aura ring, and others. So far Whoop is my favorite, even with no wrist display. It clearly shows how heart rate, heart rate variability and sleep contributes to recovery scores and the AI integration is really great. I have been amazed that the device can tell when my body is stressed from injury, and the AI advisor has actually been giving spot on advice about rehab and recovery (that aligns with my PT. It suggests workouts based on your preferences and body readiness. I have really enjoyed it.

Horrible product from a horrible company
Whoop is a terrible company. Do NOT buy from them. The data is incorrect. and they make you pay almost double the price of the hardware each year just to make the product work. And if you want to cancel you have to go through a 8 step process which is confusing and intentionally made to keep you paying. I would never recommend whoop to anyone.

これまでoura ringを使って満足していましたが、指輪という性質上柔術のスパーリング中につけることができないため、こちらを購入しました。英語しかないため、少しわかりづらいですが、電池の持ちも1週間は問題なく持ち概ね満足です。日本語対応に期待したいです。
