Does this iron cause constipation?

Orally, iron can cause G.I. upset, abdominal pain, constipation or diarrhea, nausea or vomiting. G.I. adverse effects are uncommon at doses below the tolerable upper intake level (UL) of 45 mg per day.

Why are these so much smaller they used to be?

External size does not matter as long as it contains the right amounts of iron and Vitamin C.

My Iron go to!

This supplement is far better than the prescription one I was given. I can stomach this one with no side effects. No constipation, easy to swallow pill (small). Great supplement! It quickly helped me with anemia problems and I got better very quickly. I really like that it has clean ingredients and comes in a kid-safe bottle. The tablets do not look like gummies, which is a great safety feature because kids are less likely to mistake them for candy. The tablets are small and easy to swallow, and do not have any taste. Great value for money!
