The product already broke down and it has not even been 3 months. The first time it broke down, I had to factory reset. It cost me huge amount of time to restore all. Now again, a few weeks after the factory reset, it again broke down. The computer boots up but the screen goes blank after the beelink logo. Worst quality ever. Will not recommend to any one. I am currently in talk with the support and see if it can get resolved.

Insidious Chinese Wondershare bloatware, cheap Crucial SSD. ... This unit came with a suite of Wondershare bloatware and I uninstalled them. After that, the unit was still running REALLY slow. Snail slow. Then I discovered a leftover service from Wondershare: "Native Push Notification Service". I used Chat GPT to help me get rid of it and the computer became much faster!! And, of course, the unit came with the cheap, slow, and flimsy Crucial SSD, so that will get upgraded very shortly. Nice construction, good packaging, quiet, decent RAM, and Windows 24H2.

This experience was a hot mess. First, I am a retired IT professional with over 30 years' experience technically and in Customer Support, so, while not perfect, I know my way around computers. BEELINK support did me absolutely no good. All they did was keep asking me for more pictures, but offered no insights. In addition they are in a GMT time Zone so there were LONG delays in their responses. They are only open M-F 9am-6pm THEIR tine. I also bought the docking station and an MSI Gaming Trio White GeForce RTX 5060 Ti GPU. This review pertains to all of that. Without the docking station, the PC worked just fine. After assembling and installing, the components, the display kept on 'stuttering' back and forth among a black screen, the wall paper, and a small square that said 'Display Port'. After reading some very helpful reviews here on Amazon, and doing some research on my own, here is basically what I had to do to fix this. 1) I disconnected the docking station and downloaded the GPU Driver from NVIDIA. 2) I reconnected the docking station. 3) Working in between the 'stutters' I was able to install the CPU Driver.....a challenging process. Each image only flashed for about 2-3 seconds. 4) I went into the BIOS, and made the following changes. a) CHIPSET -- SYSTEM AGENT (SA) CONFIGURATION -- PRIMARY DISPLAY, and changed IGFX to AUTO b) CHIPSET -- PCIe EXPRESS CONFIGURATION -- PCIe EXPRESS ROOT PORT 2, and changed PCIe SPEED to AUTO The GPU is a PCIe GEN5 processor, but the BEELINK BIOS was set to GEN4. BEELINK kept telling me to change it to GEN3. Now it works just fine This took me about 2 weeks of going back and forth with BEELINK, and trying different things out. Had communications and support that engages with the customer been the case, this could have been straightened out in a day or two. Bottom line, I can see from my own experience why this is a 'frequently returned item' according to AMAZON. The temptation to pack it all up and send it all back was very strong. Hang in there, folks. Once the changes to the BIOS are made and drivers are installed, the system works very well. I gave 3 stars because of the terrible support, not because of the technology. I hope this is helpful and encouraging.
