Great customer service!
I like how the products look really cute and elegant; thus, it works pretty well too. I would have given the products with 4 stars due to there was a chipped on the handle of the can opener twice when I received it. However, I am very happy and pleased with their customer service (thanks to Kay). She was helpful and responded to my concerns fast and easy. Not only that, they gave me a replacement set instead of just one item only. I am very satisfied with the kitchen tools and especially the service that they provided.

Sturdy, elegant set of gold and white kitchen utensils. I have had them for 6 weeks not and so far, no staining has occurred on the white plastic. I wouldn't leave staining sauces or gravy on the utensils for an extended period of time. One of the plastic coverings on my whisk arm has peeled off. Everything else has held up nicely.

Rust colored water coming out of these utensils and staining my drawer
They fell apart within a month, and I would be using the utensil and this rust water would start coming out of the gold section and get into the food I was making. I had to throw them all out, I loved the looks and they did what they were suppose to but I just think mine were defective….
