Does what it says on the tin. Handier imo to have unflavoured as then you can add to the intended recipient's preferred tasty flavoured drink (always a bonus when they're poorly). Very effective in helping to stay hydrated and is easy to use.

I wish I had known about these YEARS ago!
I have had two of these little sachets, and already I feel amazing! I have suffered with dehydration for years, even though I drink plenty of water. After my first sachet last night, I woke up feeling energetic, refreshed and my chapped lips and flaky facial skin had markedly improved. So I've taken another sachet this morning, and to be honest, usually by this time in the afternoon, I've eaten about four or five chocolate bars just to feel slightly energetic, but already, I've eaten one chocolate bar and had a punnet of cherry tomatoes instead lol. I don't know what is in these wee things, but they are a miracle cure for me personally. Also I noticed, that when I start drinking it, I can't stop, it's like my body is literally craving the nutrients Dioralyte provides! I will definitely be buying more, especially as the twins suffer from the same chapped lips issue as I do, and thankfully, these are suitable for kids too :)
