What are all the ingredients? just because they say nothing artificial or no corn syrup- tells you nothing about sugar & salt content

Whole grain wheat, sugar, salt, molasses, baking soda.  Carbohydrate 39g (5 from sugar), protein 5g, fiber 7g, fat (unsaturated)1g,sodium 270mg, potassium 170mg.
