The active coenzyme form of B6
Standard B6 has to be converted by the liver into this active state. P5P is ready to go to the cells as it is. It supports energy production and nerve function, it supports maintenance on the myelin sheath (which surrounds the nerve) and peripheral nerve functions. Which is helpful for neuropathy which I have. Rice flour is the anti clumping agent here, a benign substance.

They work!
I have been going through infertility, and heard this form was good for getting vitamins in. Can't complain! They don't smell amazing, but they don't have a bad taste and are easy to swallow. The cost is worth it for this quality product. I went to the doctor to check my labs, and my B vitamin lab was at a great level!
