It is a seat for preventing pressure sores on prolonged sitting. It is soft and comfortable. I am using it for my mother who is 91 years old and she has no complaints. Only thing is the demanding price.

Love this cushion, but be careful. It is gentle and it can break. The air can come out and not fill up again.
