NatureBell Pure Mg Glycinate helps me relax. I don't know if it helps me fall asleep or helps me stay asleep, but I do love this brand. This bottle has 240 capsules and each capsule is 500 mg. One bottle lasts me 6 months & it's reasonably priced. I take it at night, 60 minutes before I go to bed. It's a good size capsule. It might be a little too big for those who don't like taking meds. Overall, I'm pleased with this magnesium glycinate NatureBell sells. I recommend this one in particular if you're interested in taking it.
