Bari Life Complete Bariatric Multivitamin Non-chewable Tablet w/Calcium Citrate and Iron - 180 Tablets/Bottle

I've been taking Barlife vitamins for a year now and had no idea that Amazon sold them. Barilife chewables and powder vitamins are great you literally feel good when taking these vitamins. I've tried many different bariatric vitamins but I always come bk to Barilife because they are the truth. My labs are always great and these 6 a day pills are flatter then the chunky 1 a day pills so it was a lot easier for me to get these down. Yes they are large but not as large as the one a day barilife pill. I'd rather take six pills twice a day and be done with all my vitamins for the day instead of taking multiple pills several times a day. These does include calcium and that was a big plus for me because some days i would forget to take my liquid calcium. The coating on these pills also help to get it down & the vanilla sent is a plus. This has my vitamin regimen so much easier. No upset stomach issues, easy to swallow and pleasant taste. Will be interested to see my follow labs in a year!

I am now 8 months post op VSG so transitioned from chewables to these tablets (chewables now make me nauseous). I will say that I had high hopes but the vanilla smell of these is very off putting. I also hate that they're so large when you have to take 6 a day. I will be trying the same brand but changing to the once daily and hoping that it keeps my labs where I need them to be. Because of the size of these pills I tend to skip them and my labs aren't where they should be at all.

This is a great investment for anyone that has had RNY (Bariatric) surgery. Very Easy to swallow, has a slight taste of vanilla, no stomach upset afterwords. Lab test are good after taking these vitamins showing effectiveness. It's just to bad that amazon don't carry this vitamin anymore, because I would have kept purchasing it.

Although they are on the larger side, they are very effective in giving me the vitamins I need. After surgery I couldn't tolerate much so my team had me Flintstones vitamins. Once I gained some tolerance to a lot of regular items, I noticed I was still very fatigued. So I found these and tried em. They smell like vanilla and go down super easy for me and they have helped tremendously with my fatigue.

Even has iron and calcium. Great product

Easy to swallow just didnt care for the taste vanilla not my favorite flavor.
