Masontops Tough Tops - Regular Mouth Mason Jar Lid - White - BPA Plastic Screw Caps - Durable Reusable Jar Covers

Needed a good replacement as started pickling foods a couple of years ago, was using proper mason jars but was always finding the original metal lids didn't last long, with rust being the main culprit. These Tough Tops lids are really strong, fit well, clean easily in the dishwasher and having bought these a couple of times to replace all my metal lids, I'm finding that the extra price to pay for long lasting lids is really worth it - would recommend to anyone who regularly uses mason jars for preservation purposes.

Although a little more expensive than alternatives these seem far better quality than lids that I already had

Not cheap but they fit regular mouth Kilner jars perfectly and feel very sturdy and well made. I can imagine these lasting for years.

Does the job. Seem to be leak proof. My only advice would be try not to over tighten them because they can be a bugger to undo, such is the firm leak proof seal. Might not be brilliant if you have manual dexterity issues, which thankfully I don’t. Pleased with them.

I bought these for my Mason and Kilner Wide Mouth Jars, as the metal ones that came with the jars started rusting. These Wide Mouth Screw Caps are amazing. They are sturdy and fit perfectly! These also come in a smaller diameter and as a Screw Ring.

Good quality, come in a variety of colours and sizes. I'm on my fourth purchase. Highly durable and airtight. Don't waste your money on cheaper alternatives. Pay cheap, pay twice. I only wish they made them for 4oz 47mm lids. Also good if you want to avoid contact with metal lids which are highly poisonous to the body. Good quality BPA plastic is much easier to detox from the body than heavy metals such as aluminium.

These are great but the price in the UK is ridiculous.

Great lids which are perfect for mason jars. Much better than the metal 2 part ones as these don't rust and really seal the jars shut!

Love the quality. Much easier to use, no rusting. I can color coordinate with different foods make it easier to find what I'm looking for. I also love the glass of a Mason jar, cleaner than plastic containers.

Fits well, seals well. Nice alternative to the metal canning lids, which tend to rust and get damaged over time. This is much better for things like smoothies.

These work incredibly well. You don't need to tighten them much to get a good seal.
