Excellent, simple, stable, 5VDC analog water pressure sensor
Very good 100 PSI sensor for my Arduino ESP32-based house water pressure monitor. Originally used for a monitor where Town Water is intermittent, I made two more for my own home to tell me when to change my whole-house water filters. I’m upping my rating after a few months in use. These sensors are pretty stable and consistent over time. Once I developed a good calibration regime, I found the 0-5VDC signal pretty linear with water pressure within my 0-75psi home water pressure application. And with the price of these units, it’s a 5-star product. I've now bought four of these sensors. One was bad and was quickly exchanged. I now have three in operation using a decent USB charger for the sensor's required 5VDC and to power the ESP32. Plumbing is a standard 1/8 inch NPT thread. I used blue thread tape cut narrow in half to seal the threads. The sensor appears very well machined in stainless steel. The removable wire harness is solid, easy to wire to, and easy to attach to the steel sensor. There are no instructions, but wiring is labeled and is simple: 5VDC supply, Ground, and analog output 0-5VDC. Works with Arduino, works for me. Nice product.

2 units, both failed in less than 10 minutes
First one sent lasted 10 minutes and failed. Upon inspection oil was leaking in the connector around the pins. Sent back and got a replacement. Replacement lasted 5 mins before the same problem. Very bad product.

not terrible but not great either
There are 2 main issues with this sensor. one is that its output is dependant on the source voltage. running it from 5 to 5.2v causes no output change but if source voltage drops to 4.9v the output drops along with it. Since the description doesnt give a working volgate above 5 volts I'm reluctant to try to push it over 5.2 so essentially you need a perfectly regulated 5v supply to properly run this thing. The 2nd issue is the one I recieved has a dead spot from 25 to 30psi where voltage just sits at 1.51v through that whole 5 psi range. Thankfully the range I'll be using it in is 50 to 60 psi where its very consistent and stable. Over multiple tests, both while slowly increasing or decreasing pressure, in the range of 45 to 65 psi I consistently get PSI x 0.0451 = volts as the most simplified and nearly perfect formula. As long as this thing doesnt break and fall apart like others Ive seen, it will work well for my application from what I see so far.
