I am glad I got this. It saves time and to me is safer than using pots. The heat on the spout is great and allows free flow of the wax. It has been reliable and easy to clean.

Gave it 1Star because I couldn’t give Zero Stars, 2nd day using it and it’s Done! Tried troubleshooting Everything and can’t put anything more than what you see in this video, 185+ F and it can’t melt more then a few cups of wax… Absolutely NO way to contact anyone about it and No way to contact seller on Amazon I Don’t Want A Refund! I Would like it Replaced! UPDATE: They actually sent me a replacement after some trouble shooting 👍👍
