Pros: We’ve had this microwave for over 6 months now and overall I’m happy with it. I love the look of it and have received several compliments. The price was great, and the size fits perfectly in our cabinet space, which I really appreciate. It’s also very easy to use and the controls are straightforward. Cons: It is a bit noisy when running, and I don’t feel like it’s the highest quality when it comes to performance. I do wish their were other color options like a brown, or tan microwave or other fun colors. Sometimes it cooks things a little unevenly. That said, for the price, I think it’s still a solid option and does the job.

I have purchased three Retro microwaves over the years and have to say I wouldn't want to buy another brand or product. These are perfect little machines. After four years my previous black Retro microwave suddenly went kaput giving off a horrible hum and my muffin was not warmed. This time I purchased the white version and it sits atop my white refrigerator, the perfect height for me. What's different a bout this newer model is the child lock. The first thing I cooked was a corn dog. I went to open the door and it was stuck, solid shut. I pulled a few more times and thought, WTH? So I looked at the manual and the new procedure is to push the little "lock" button (you can't miss it) and the door opens. This is to prevent little kids from opening to a hot oven. For an 82 year old like me, it's a bit of an inconvenience but understandable. I give this product 5 BIG stars because it is has been tested by me over the last decade and for the price, this is well worth it. Takes a little longer to cook things, instead of 1 minute today for my corn dog it took 85 seconds and it was perfect!

We got this in june 2023, yesterday it stopped heating at all, it still comes on, still rotates but no heating. So, only three years. We mostly used it to reheat coffee or small amount of leftovers for a couple minutes at a time, no long cooking cycles. What is extra sad is that if you sort the reviews by negative, there are a ton of recent bad reviews talking about maybe features that got added like this programming and locking- I don't think mine had that so maybe they changed it. Two stars because when it did work, it worked well but 3 years seems really short of a time for a product to last, although some people didn't even get that. I like the retro vibe but Ii don't know that I would order this brand again. Now we have to figure out where to dump it.

True and true!! A little noisy but worth it for how cute and stylish it is. The dial is a fun feature, it doesn’t do single numbers only increments of 5, but that’s okay! No smell, not bright!

Love this microwave. The retro style is attractive and it works well . Just the right size for countertop. I was replacing a built in microwave that was 6 years old and part of an oven set. The replacement would have cost over 2,000 and the oven is like new. Decided to just live with a countertop microwave for a while. One thing to get used to is you have to stop/cancel in order to open it as it is still locked when cooking is complete.
