Updated: Great Customer Service
Update: Excellent customer service can make up for a lot. Came home today to two brand new chairs on the front porch. These came FAST, as I only posted the review 2 days ago. Updating the review to 4 stars. Knowing what we now know, we will be EXTRA gentle putting these together and hopefully won’t have any damage. Old review: There is a reason they don’t cost much. Cross bars under the chairs keep falling out. Screws are not long enough. Two chairs have damage on the seat because the screw split the thin wood during assembly.

Oh my!!!
Came broken and not even align the screw and holes! I love design but such a disappointment!!

Broke after one use!
The seat cracked when my husband, who is only 190 pounds, barely sat down. Cheap wood/poor quality - find something better.

Not worth it!
Awful chairs. Almost all of them have broke in one way or another. Waste of money. The middle piece falls out no matter how many time I put it back in. Even tried to reinforce it with gorilla glue and they still broke.
