Can this be used inside garage to work?

It is pretty bright. You don't want it where it can shine in your face. I have it on my house facing my yard. I had to turn it down more towards the ground because it could blind people driving on the street. Blind as in they might not be able to see where they are going.

No not at all but it brakes very easy my light only lasted a week before the glass broke
