Yamaha Montage M8x 88-key Flagship Synthesizer with GEX action

This is the Yamaha flagship keyboard. They went full throttle when they designed this beast. I did add the extra protection which is an added benefit if something happens. Yamaha hit it out of the park!

Easy to explore and edit sounds

Everything I expected. Bought for $3500 delivered to my door, right before ModX M came out (which is at a Great price!). But I only buy a top of the line keyboard once every 20 years (still have my loaded Korg Triton Extreme), so I wanted the Montage M7. Especially enjoy the companion VST for working in my Reason12 DAW, and at my computer desk, using my more compact Akai MPK249 keyboard. Whether you go with the MODX M or the Montage M, you will Love It!

Impressive, durable, can carry it up and down stairs in my hands, didn't even chip when I bashed it against the wall on the way up the stairs, but took some wall out. Good first party. Sounds great on my mixer and sound system, the keys have more weight to them (but that's because of the synthesizer technology) they take getting used to but are worth it. I've had it for weeks and only discovered about 1% of the magic inside.

This is awesome, just wish I would have known I needed some sort of speakers for sound. That wasn't explained in any video that it would have to have an external speaker system so you could hear what you were playing.
