There is a twin set of these nostril retainers. I have a lot of trouble with my nose getting bunged up at night, breathing through my mouth which leads to more snoring. I tried these to try to ensure that the nostril space remained open and this does seem to work well for me overnight. They are comfortable in place though when used overnight the insides of my nose did feel a little sore the first few times I used them, though this did seem to subside and I am guiessing is associated with the inside of my nose not being used to being in contact with anything over extended periods. The retainers are well sized and stayed in place well for me.`I do find I sometimes need a break from them but overall I am pleased with them. Overall they do seem a little expebsive but I am not sure whether that is because teh silicon is medical grade.
