Ich habe mir das Smartboard für mein Büro gekauft, weil ich eine All-In One Lösung haben wollte. Erst war ich skeptisch, jedoch hat dieses Board meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Wenn man sich erstmal ausgiebig damit auseinandergesetzt hat, stellt selbst das Android-Betriebssystem keine Probleme mehr da, als IOS-User. Der Kundensupport ist wirklich super! Ich hatte ein paar Fragen, die schnell und sehr freundlich beantwortet wurden! Auch erfolgten viele Nachfragen meiner Zufriedenheit! Das habe ich so noch nicht erlebt! Ich kann nichts NEGATIVES sagen.

I wanted to like this board so badly, especially after reading the reviews. I thought it would be perfect to use for our Bible Studies, but I am sorely disappoint. There has been one positive out of a list of bad experiences. CON - I ordered this on November 25, 2025. It was expected to arrive on December 8th, yet I did not get it until December 22. So, though this was no fault of the company, I was almost a month in before I actualy received the product. CON - There was not one sheet of instructions in the box. CON - The board lock us out and did not have the code to get back in. PRO - Customer service was very helpful and quick to respond. They exuded much kindness and patience. PRO - The image quality is clear and good. CON - This is where my biggest disappointment lies. The board is very limited. I am not able to access most of the Google applications that I needed the most. I purchased this in an effort to refrain from packing my laptop around, but the board occassionally have issues connecting to the server. I tried to screen share, project and cast to no avail, so here I have to connect it to my HDMI cord....that WHICH I WAS TRYING TO STOP DOING. Needless to say, for the price I paid I am not enjoying the board. I have no instructions and my access to apps that should be accessible is little to none. So, I have a huge board that is not giving me the joy that I was anticipating.

I connected it to a new mini-PC/NUC and the smart board has been working flawlessly. I've really been enjoying how the touchscreen works with the mini-PC. Everything functions exactly as described and the seller even checked in after delivery to make sure I was happy and to answer a few follow-up questions. The seller also went above and beyond by converting my photos so I could load it as the startup image, can't thank him enough. In short: excellent product, fantastic service and great value. I highly recommend this smart board and if you have any doubts, don’t hesitate to message the seller.
