Happy with the purchase
It feels good to be prepared for a power outage. You know the saying, when you are prepared you won't have to use the backup. We haven't used it yet but it does hold a charge for a long time. Happy I got it.

Terrible service Arrived upside down Box opened, no charging cable, no manual Item appears to be used Jackary refused to replace when called direct Told me they would "make an investigation" Now I am out $4,300 or so Company customer service is outside of U.S. Amazon said I might have to make an insurance claim on Amazon A-Z What a nightmare.

Jackery 5000 Explorer 5000 Plus Keeps Locking Up - Resolved
Update: after working with Jackery support it was determined a safety insulation check the unit runs daily at 2am was failing due to an extended extension cord I was using. Once I changed how I configured the AC power out, I have not had any trouble. Jackery also back-leveled my firmware a bit to where this test was not so sensitive. I like all the features of this unit, and it is now working as I wanted. With this I have updated my rating to 4 stars. Unit has often dropped (8 times) its AC power when powering various devices, when average watts draw is ~50, and peak at ~250 watts. When this occurs it also drops connectivity to the app and locks the unit requiring it to be reset. At this point I cannot trust it. I have an open ticket at jackery - if their service doesn't step up to my satisfaction, I will return the unit.

Quality product.
Great product. Very high quality. Some delivery issues caused by poor communication between Amazon and vendor......but the vendor came thru. Note these batteries are really heavy.

Doesn't keep fridge running but 24hrs.
With a full 100% charge it barley runs my refrigerator for 24 hrs. Not impressed at all. Takes 3 days to charge it back up.
