Tower 28 - MakeWaves Mascara: Volumizing and Lengthening Mascara, No Clumping or Flaking, Waterproof

My new favorite mascara! No clumping, makes your lashes look long, and doesn’t transfer on hot days (NC summer tested)! You can also apply multiple coats and still no clumping. 10/10 from me.

Tower 28 - Please DON'T change this formula. I've burned through a TON of mascara's that have gotten good reviews. I'm never satisfied. Tower 28 I plan on sticking with as long as they remain the same. I have allergies and I don't notice much transfer, it doesn't clump, it makes lashes look longer - not so much thicker. For me it's a win (finally).

I tested this mascara out looking for something clean that was easy to remove and would make my thick eyelashes look good. Pros: *This mascara brush helps separate eyelashes so they don’t stick together. *It is easy to thickly coat eyelashes. *It lasts all day. Cons: *This mascara is a dry formula, I put a little saline (5 drops) in after 3 weeks of daily use and we are back to the brand new consistency. *It has a tendency to clump a little bit, I think this is where the slight flaking occurs. The saline drops did help this a little bit. *It isn’t hard to remove, but it takes more effort than I expected from a tubing mascara. I usually have to really soak my eyelashes before rubbing off the mascara. It does smudge when it comes off and leaves my eyes a little dark if I am just washing my face and not scrubbing it off in the shower.

I’m 68 and have had trouble finding a mascara that lengthens without clumping or feeling heavy on my eyes. This mascara works best. Goes on nicely and doesn’t smudge. Doesn’t irritate my eyes at all! My new go-to!
