Good flavor! Very similar to Liquid IV but with less fake sweetener flavor. I will always prefer real sugar over sugar substitutes. Helps me feel like I’m getting more daily minerals, even if I can’t see any significant difference day to day.

Enjoyed every single flavor in the package. Personally, I feel hydrated after drinking 4 flavor packages per day. 2 packages per one 16 oz bottle of water. I drink approximately 7 water bottles per day. I will be a loyal customer!! **customer service is great as well!!

I like the taste of these, however I wish they could take the Magnesium Citrate out.. if you drink more than 1 per day, which I was doing, my bowels regretted it.
