Great flavor and smooth. Definitely added to the rotation! I usually don't like coffee by itself but this latte flavor is great plus I get the added benefit of getting my protein needs met! I'm on a weight loss & health journey that includes following a nutrition program comprised of protein-forward meals, controlled carbs (mostly from veggies) and healthy fiber. These Premier Protein shakes have been a fantastic "tool" in helping me hit my protein targets, and even better -- they taste FANTASTIC! They are by far the best-tasting protein shake I've tried (and I've tried a number of them, in both powder form and ready-made shake, as these are). The chocolate peanut butter flavor is my favorite, and it tastes very much like a Reese's peanut butter cup. The consistency is also excellent--smooth and creamy, no grit or "chunks" as others have, and no blender clean-up required since they are ready to go. Just grab it out of the fridge, shake well, and drink up. They pack an impressive 30g of protein per shake, and the net carbs are only 3g. I've used them as a snack, as a meal replacement when I'm not super hungry or in a hurry, and as a "dessert" if I'm still hungry after dinner. I always keep a few of these in my fridge and probably consume around 3 or 4 per week. These shakes helped me lose 20 lbs in 1 month, and the scale is still dropping. Give them a try!

My son decided to try to lose weight and asked if he could try this. It was a part of a healthy eating plan with daily walks and exercise. He loves them, and I do as well. They offer a fun 'treat' with loads of vitamins and minerals in a great tasting flavor. This happens to be his favorite. I really like a lot of them. They help give a sense of fulness without a lot of calories that really helps us stay on track with our healthier lifestyle. My husband uses the vanilla and banana on his granola cereal instead of milk! We have both lost a lot of weight and are still going strong.
