Best purchase ever
I have an old shoulder injury that occasionally flares up. Ice and ibuprofen generally talked care of it, but it's a huge pain in the ass to keep ice on my shoulder. This thing is magical! The ice stays right on my shoulder joint where I need it and knocked a couple of days off of my recovery time. I can't recommend it enough.

Stays in place!
Works well. Not confined to chair to keep it in place. Nice to have freedom to walk around. Stays cold ใ20min. Came in handy after shoulder surgery. It does sweat as it thaws. Just keep small towel handy.

Great Fit
My wife loves the fit however the only complaint she has is that as it melts it sweats and drips water all over the place.

Easy to use and works for my 12 year old
We purchased this for my 12 year old swimmer and it has been working great. The adjustable straps work perfectly for my slim 12 year old. The ice pack cools perfectly and the material is soft on one side and the other has a waterproof material. I would recommend this product.
