DKN Technology Xg3 Series Whole Body Vibration Machine

Great machine!!!! Very honest company no problems

We bought the DKN Tech Xg3 machine about 2 years ago. My husband and I (70 & 64, respectively) have done the research and use the machine faithfully several times/week. We had the machine shipped internationally as we didn't want to have to wait to start using it when our container arrived several months later. It was expensive but worth every penny with the amount of stress and strain on our lives we alleviated. We've both found the machine simple to use, very well built (it still looks like new) and instrumental in helping to repair, rebuild & relax our bodies. In June 2019, while on a trip, I slipped on a wet tile floor and hyper-extended my right knee. Using the machine several times a week, together with very light yoga, helped me repair the knee, build up strength mobility & flexibility, and now it is as good as new. It helps with overall muscle tone and I don't doubt that it may help prevent osteoporosis which runs in my family. My husband has spinal stenosis and a torn rotator cuff. The machine works gently and effectively to keep his mobility and strength intact. It has been helping us through the pandemic to keep sane and alleviates stress. I glued a magnetic phone holder on the control panel so I can play music on my bluetooth while doing my exercises. If we ever wear this machine out, we would definitely buy another.

I am in my early 70s. I have numerous back problems which make it difficult for me to walk. A specific problem is dragging my toes so that I trip and fall. On a recommendation, I bought a DKN model 3 standup vibrating machine. I have been using it almost daily for over a year (I try to use three times a day for 2 minutes each time, but many days I only get on it once or twice). The machine has greatly reduced my tripping incidents (I think in 2015 I only fell twice). Prior to get the machine I frequently fell many times each month. I was told by a doctor that the vibrations of the machine rebuild or restore the nerves the control my legs so that my foot lifts enough to avoid a trip. Whatever the physiological change in my legs, the vibration machine works. If I am too busy to use it for a couple of days, my feet start dragging, catching on stairs and tiny irregularities on waling surfaces. When I am using the machine , I do not have any of these problems. There have not been any mechanical problems at all. I do have to turn the vibration rate down to keep my room from vibrating. I was initially concerned that the vibrations wold shake the nails out of the woodwork, but I have not seen any actual examples of nails coming out.

I have owned this DKN whole body vibration machine for 4 years. After using the machine twice a week for a year, I had a repeat bone density scan that actually showed increased bone density in areas where there had been mild osteopenia. I've used it to strengthen my quads before ski season and to keep my triceps firm.The machine has worked perfectly and still looks brand new.
