We love the reversible design. We love how easy it is to clean. Heats up quickly and is a pleasure to cook on. We place a mat over our glass top stove to protect it when we use the griddle that way we can use the griddle under our stove vent. I know this one was a little pricey but it was well worth it. We are very happy with this purchase.

This griddle is flawless, although it didn't start out that way. The first one I received was defective, and did not heat up at all, but that's what warranties are for. The seller was very responsive and made the return and replacement very easy. The second one was perfect, and for those reasons I did not ding them on the rating. I love the size of the griddle and the heat distribution is very even. It heats up quickly and cooks perfectly. Last night I made BLT's and cooked up 8 slices of bacon at the same time. All of them cooked quickly and evenly. I left the cleanup until this morning and it was an easy chore. This unit splits into 4 pieces: the removable power cord, the cook top, the grease catcher and the base. This makes cleanup a snap. The cook top drains well and the grease catcher did not lose a drop of grease. I really can't say anything bad about this griddle. Thank you Wolfgang Puck for such a well thought out quality product. It is definitely worth the money I spent.

This indoor reversible grill /griddle by Wolf Gang Puck is worth every penny!! This is why, this wonderful griddle/ grill has the heating element in between the griddle / grill plate which creates a very effective result in cooking/grilling.Absolutely NO lose of heating. It grills the most juicy burgers, chicken, fish & with no dry effects in your meats, I even cooked ground turkey with taco season and cooked flawless. I have grilled apples, nectarines, Greek pita pockets, and all with wonderful grilling result. For the griddle, A whole package of bacon in 10 minutes, then moved on to 6 pancakes, good size too in 8 minutes. Then we moved on to 8 eggs ( medium) and they were great & all with quick and fabulous result in under 40 minutes for a wonderful family cooked breakfast. If you are on the fence about this purchase, order now! You wont be sorry,you will be so glad you did it. I ordered many others in the search for a universal 1 appliance griddle / indoor grill, and this one struck it. The drip pan is one continuous pan & fits under the entire cooking surface with no over filling here. You can cook & cook to your hearts content, there is no over flow here. The cooking surface size covers, the 2 burners in the front, from 1 side reaching the other side. Its massive, Its effective in a quick, lock in the juices of the meat kind of way, to get your food to the table quickly & safely cooked. This has changed & reduced my prep / cooking time by 75%. I now dont spend 2 hours in the kitchen cooking, prepping, I now have more time for family. I am very happy with my purchase. Warranty included:) Quick note: If I chose to, I could even cook on the table to give a cooking party at table top! Without distroying the table its not hot under the unit!
