★★★★★ Great Outdoor Umbrella – Exactly as DescribedI am very happy with this three-tiered beige outdoor umbrella. It arrived on time, was in excellent condition, and does exactly what it is supposed to do. The color looks great outdoors, and the three-tier design provides good airflow while still offering plenty of shade.Assembly was straightforward, and the overall quality seems very good. So far, it has performed exactly as advertised. My only suggestion for improvement would be to add snaps or Velcro to the closure straps. Currently, the umbrella must be tied closed with a knot, which is a little inconvenient. A Velcro or snap closure would make opening and closing it much easier and more user-friendly.Overall, I am very satisfied with this purchase and would recommend it to others looking for an attractive and functional outdoor umbrella.

We ordered four of these umbrellas based on Bob Vila's recommendation of them for high wind areas. We have been very pleased with them. They look great and stand up to our persistent winds. After a couple of months, apiece of the tilt mechanism broke on one of the umbrella. I contacted Elite Shade, a picture of the broken piece and our order number and they sent me a new umbrella, no questions asked. Very impressed with the company and their customer service.Would highly recommend these umbrellas and Elite Shade and will be ordering from them in the future.

I will never buy a different brand. These umbrellas are well made and do hold their color for years. I own eight between my two houses.

We love our umbrella on our pool deck. It's lovely and even the bats love it. Sometimes I find a little bat snuggled up in the top and I let him stay there until he wants to leave ... well we live in the woods. The air vents were a must because we get a strong breeze but one time a stiff wind did blow it in the pool, heavy stand and all. Overall it's beautiful.

I left my 3-tier umbrella up all summer to protect a table from bird droppings. We had a thunderstorm yesterday; the upper plastic part of the pole broke and when it fell over, it bent the lower part of the pole that went through the table and pulled the entire teak table over on its side. Photos included. I bought it May 2, 2021, 5 months ago. I thought the 3-tiers would protect it from high wind. I guess not. I do not know if the plastic part was cracked to start with, but the box was not damaged.I bought this to replace a faded umbrella with no tiers and no plastic connection parts. That umbrella was left up every summer for 10 years and did not break. If you never leave the umbrella up in thunderstorms, it is very nice and just what you are looking for.It is so expensive! But only worked for one summer. I am asking for a replacement though I did not get the warranty. I will let you know if the vendor replaces it. If so, I will inspect the plastic part and watch the weather more closely!Update: the product failure was within the 6 month warrantee period but the company is classifying 24 MPH winds as "destroyed by a natural disaster" and not as failed during normal use. (I sent a download of the wind data for that day.) Still discussing this with them but am very unhappy with my $250 purchase. They are only offering to sell me a frame for $70 with the expectation that I can transfer the canopy and have a $320 umbrella.Update: They sent a replacement. It arrived broken in a different place. See circled area in the 4th photo and compare it to the first frame above it. Since I like the canopy style and color, I am asking them to send a replacement for the replacement.

This appears to be what you’d expect in its price range. My only complaint is the color is way off what is presented in their ad. The pole is not black, it’s brown, which is also not disclosed. Too much of a pain to return, so I’ll keep it. Veryeasy assembly.

Bought the umbrella one year ago. It broke. unfortunately, but the company was excellent in customer. service, and. we love the umbrella. They replaced it and we look forward to enjoying the new umbrella for many. years to come.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Stars — Perfect Pool Umbrella! This outdoor patio umbrella completely transformed my pool area — it’s not just a restoration, it’s an upgrade. The three-tiered vented canopy looks great and keeps the umbrella steady on windy days, which makes a big difference. The fabric feels high-quality and durable, offering excellent UV protection and shade throughout the day. The color matches perfectly with my pool setup and gives the space a clean, resort-style look. You can tell it’s well-made and built to last, and I’m already planning to buy another one for the other side of the pool to balance the look.If you’re looking for a wind-resistant pool umbrella or something to elevate your patio or backyard, this is an excellent choice. Highly recommend!

this is a great umbrella, nice and steady in the wind and easy to use
