Flakes dissolve well with other ingredients
Can't really speak to taste and texture as the flakes are part of the Medical Medium heavy metal detox smoothie which includes other strong tasting ingredients. I definitely like the small flakes better than whole leaf dulce since they dissolve nicely with the other ingredients. I bought this brand this time because it is labeled as organic.
