I LOVE MY Vibration Mat!! I use it for Lymphatic Drainage! And let me tell you, it will jiggle the pee right out! I use it with my Cavitation Machine, b4 & after treatment. I also have Sciatica and anyone who has that knos what kind of pain that is. When my leg flares up I stand in it and then I stand on my toes. (Not ballet toes) and it takes the pain away. But most of all I’m constantly working outside and everything starts hurting so I will come in a few times during the day and it relaxes every muscle! It’s like when you first get up in the morning. This may is the bomb of mats! If you tense and have muscle aches this is what you want. It just feels amazing when you get off after a 15 min vibration! I’ve had my hip replaced and it does not affect it in anyway. I just love it. I’m in my mid 60’s , so age has nothing to do with anything. Even comes with bands that attach to the sides for extra workouts. I give it a 5 star review! It’s just fantastic.

My vibration plate has done wonders for me. I am so pleased with this machine. It is easy to use, and doesn’t take up space, can be stored easily beneath a table, a desk., in a closet, a pantry, or left out as it is compact, attractive, I started slow. The first few days I was sore, so took it easy and let my muscles recover. I have built up to three 15 minutes a day which I learned by research is not recommended. So I will do two fifteen minute sessions every other day. I had used a professional power plate at a gym years ago but didn’t understand the principle behind the machine. This machine has definitely improved my health.
