Great lifting straps I like how it sits on the wrist but the d ring is useless if you lift anything close to heavy the material will consistently slide and put a unpleasant pressure on the skin of the wrist throughout the lift

The straps are very durable, I’m pretty sure these are the v2 so the cuff that wraps around the wrist is more durable. When tightening it, the cuff can get very tight very easily(as you can see in the picture my hand getting red) but that doesn’t keep it from being comfortable. The padding in it makes very comfortable. And they are very portable making them very easy to pack for the gym. There aren’t instructions on how to use them but you can always look that up for the quality and durability they are very much worth the money.

Ive had this for a month now its amazing just buy it why would you spend money on temu straps with nuh on it heres a caveat if u do underhand exercises this may not be a good purchase cuz theres grip on thr straps
