It works good.

It definitely seems to work as I had hoped. I can feel more relaxed and less anxious. It takes about 3-5 days for me and I take breaks a couple times a week not to build resistance to working. Everyone is different but I liked it.

I take this along with eye pressure vits. My eyes feel good.

I purchased this product to help with appetite control. Currently, l’m not sure it it is the supplement itself or my just being more cognizant of my snacking. However, I am snacking less.

These have been a great naturopathic option for me as an individual who has bad anxiety, and was looking to not increase their prescription based medications. It pairs safe with my Lexapro, and I’ve noticed a big difference! I’m also very prone to GI upset, however have not noticed this upsetting my stomach in any kind of way!

I've been battling Lyme Tick Disease for 12 months and 12 days, at this writing. I take over 120 different mineral and vitamin and plant-based supplements, to maintain my health this long, with this debilitating disease. Canada has virtually NO plan, doctors, clinics, proper tests, treatments nor follow up for Lyme patients. We're on our own, treating ourselves, with VERY little helpful information, except that which we glean from other longer-lived Lyme sufferers. I did notice that it tempered my appetite somewhat, "killed my cravings" for food that is not so good for me, and I've lost a few pounds as a consequence. Battling the many, varied and often debilitating symptoms of Lyme Disease, as long as I have, can be very exhausting, but I SIMPLY FEEL BETTER, OVERALL, when I take my daily saffron supplement, and it is now one of my "feel-good staples". I liken the effect to taking a dropperful of CBD oil. The "feel good" effect lasts throughout the day, besides. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. QUALITY PRODUCT, AFFORDABLE.
