Every Harbinger glove I have owned rips at the seams in a very short time. These gloves lasted 2 weeks before I got a huge rip down the right thumb seam. This is the fourth time I have tried Harbinger over the years and I have been disappointed every time. This is the last time I will purchase Harbinger anything.It is really unfortunate, because the gloves are comfortable and would certainly do the job it they were made for people who actually use them for the intended purpose, lifting weights.

Well I've being a Harbinger user for years now and normally I'm always quite please with their products but every now and then I end up buying a product like this just to regret it later. This gloves seems to be cheaply manufacture and poorly designed. I have a pair of Harbinger gloves that I bought 3 years ago and I'm thinking about keep using those even though they are falling apart. The glove it self doesn't seem that bad at first look but once you wear it you star noticing some key facts. Like the padding doesn't cover all the palm area. The fabric always get caught in the Velcro (that eventually will destroy the upper part of the glove). The straps are to thick and poorly place in the glove so you will actually have a problem trying to get them comfortably tide. Overall this gloves seem to be a cheap copy of the Harbinger gloves I already own.

Had them for a couple of months now. They seem durable and the stitching looks good. The medium size is perfect for my hands, but getting them on/off is a pain because it's so tight, but a small elastic bit helps somewhat. The wrist-straps are solid and really do make a difference, though they can get uncomfortable after having them strapped tight for a long time. The materials are high quality, but they could use more padding, especially at the base of the fingers/top of the palm, where I'm starting to develop small calluses (never had this happen with a pair of cheaper Gold's gym gloves). There's a mesh material on the fingers and top of the palm that is very breathable and thin, allowing your fingers to move as close to each other as possible. They look a bit bulky with the strap, but otherwise they're not flashy or attention-grabbing (a plus for me).Overall I like them more than my old gloves but the lack of padding might be a turn-off for some.Pros:-Seem durable. This is one of the best workout gloves ever made, I've been working out for 5 years and I tried so many of them, this one stands among the best if not the best ever.One issue to take in consideration, the Padding thickness.Bodybuilders usually start to workout without using gloves and with time they will get adjusted to that so once the get the callus in the palm and decide to use gloves they will find it difficult to feel comfortable with the gloves unless they were with minimum pads, because losing the sensation of holding the bar or the dumbbell will be kind of weird, but with time they will get used it.For those who are about to start or just started working out, these are the best to go with.They cover good proportion of the fingers, the pads are good and equal so you won't get areas with different pressure on your palm.The wrist strap is good in width and though not elastic but adjustable.Some may complain of the ventilation but that wasn't a big deal for me.All in all , they are great gloves with good quality, moderate thickness padding and supportive adjustable wrist wrapRecommend it for everyone

I have been lifting for years now and owned numerous pairs of gloves, naturally they wear out. While these gloves are very well built the overall design is flawed and uncomfortable.Pros:Lots of cushion everywhereWrap around provides good wrist supportStyling is good, look niceCons:Gloves have so much cushion you can barely close your hand around the pull up bar or weights, not a good kind of cushion, way too much.I measured my hand to figure out the correct size as instructed and bought according to the sizing chart. While it fit my palm ok, the gloves were way too long for my fingers and way too much cushion. I don't have odd hands and i've never seen this problem before with any other brand. My pinky actually disappears in the glove when gripping the bar. I had to cut a half inch off the fingers in order to make them fit. Problem now of course is sharp edges and the huge variation from padded gloves to bare fingers makes them unusable.I have learned my lesson buying harbinger gloves, they were expensive and not even remotely worth it. This isn't the first time either. I have bought them in the past, same exact problem. Bulky, uncomfortable and didnt fit right and thanks to the excessive cushion it eliminates so much feeling especially when doing the bench press with heavy weight it makes it dangerous.They need to do a bit more research on what makes a weight lifting gloves good while not going over kill and ruining the point, add gripping ability, cushion the hand from heavy weight, prevent calluses and keep your hands dry. All while adding control and comfort. As the saying goes, they should fit you like a glove and become part of your hand, so you can lift longer with heavier weight without destroying your hands. These feel like a big mess and all you want to do is take them off.I was hoping to get used to them to break them in, I couldn't stand them. I went back to my old gloves that are falling apart.

I've used Harbinger gloves for years. This latest version is definitely a step down in quality. Within a month of use the stitching between the fingers started to come loose. They have also replaced real leather with cheaper material on all areas except the palm. I doubt I'll get more than 6 months out of them when older ones would last much longer.

Hallo,hier eine kleine Rezension meinerseits nach 5 Monaten gebrauch.Das erste was mir beim Erhalt der Handschuhe aufgefallen ist war die tolle Verarbeitung, super Nähte und Material.Nach 5 Monaten Gebrauch von 3-4x/Woche sind die Handschuhe immer noch in top Zustand.Der Tragekomfort ist excellent, der Schnitt des Handschuhs fällt eher schmal aus, ich habe einen Handumfang von 23cm und Größe L bestellt.Die passen perfekt. Nun zum Handschuh selbst, der Tragekomfort ist genial, nichts drückt oder rutscht. Die Handgelenkbandage ist gut gelöst, für meinen Geschmack nicht zu fest und nicht zu schwach, und per Klettverschluss ja auf eigenen Bedarf einstellbar.Anfangs ist der Handschuh ungewohnt, da er recht stark gepolstert ist, daran habe ich mich aber nach ein paar mal tragen gewöhnt, und der Handschuh wird auch weicher mit der Zeit.Ich selbst bin total zufrieden mit dem Handschuh und kann ihn nur weiterempfehlen. Tragekomfort, Haltbarkeit und Design haben mich überzeugt.Im Vergleich zum Schiek 425 (Größe M war mir noch zu breit) den ich mal probiert habe ist er stärker gepolstert und schmaler geschnitten.

Ich muss sagen, dass ich vorher Handschuhe in der Preiskategorie zwischen 20-25 € hatte und die teilweise nur ein halbes Jahr hielten.Die Harbinger Handschuhe sind auf dem ersten Blick ein sehr gut bearbeitetes Produkt, was bei dem Preis auch gerecht angebracht wäre.Benutzt habe ich die Handschuhe nun 1 Monat lang , bei 4-5 mal die Woche.Sie liegen sehr gut, sind komfortabel, und haben eine schöne Polsterung in der Handfläche, dass gegen Blasen und sonstigen sachen hilft.Auch der Grip während den Übungen ist gut, trotz vollgeschwitzten Händen.Sie absorbiert nicht den Geruch und trocknet innerhalb des laufenden Tages wieder. (Bonuspunkt)Die Bandage am Gelenk ist außerdem stabil und der Klettverschluss hält sicher.Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Produkt. Würd ich wieder kaufen.

Früher habe ich Leistungsschwimmen betrieben, dies wurde mir dann mit Beginn der Volljährigkeit zu langweilig und ich begann mit Triathlon, auch das wird irgendwann langweilig und ich begann zusätzlich die Muskelgruppen zu definieren, dies tat ich anfangs im Fitnessstudio und später dann zu Haue mit Geräten (Multifunktionsgeräte + Hanteln) und nun seit gut einem 3/4 (nach einem US Aufenthalt) mit einem TRX Sling Trainer. Der erste Eindruck schafft das Bild eines wertigen Produktes, die Nähte sind sauber genäht und die Einzelteile sind sicher verbunden, zudem scheinen die verwendeten Materialen haltbar zu sein.Nach dem ersten Training mit den Handschuhen konnte ich folgendes feststellen: Die Polsterung ist sehr gut und auch für Kurzhanteln mit Gewichten von 20kg geeignet, die Versteifung des Handgelenks entspricht meinen Erwartungen und bildet eine gute Unterstützung beim Training, die Handschuhe rutschen nicht und sitzen fest, Schweiß mindert den Tragekomfort nicht, und nach dem Training bekommt man die Handschuhe allein kaum aus, diese sitzen dermaßen fest, so dass ich mich fast gezwungen sah diese aufzuschneiden. Davon war vor dem Training nichts zu merken.Vierzig Euro für ein paar Handschuhe scheinen Happig zu sein, wenn ich mich aber bei meinen Freunden umhöre und sich der eine ein TRX Band für 300€ zulegt, der andere Funktionskleidung im Wert von 200€ trägt und mein eigenes Arsenal Werte von mehreren tausend Euro umfasst (Geräte, Fahrrad, Kleidung etc.) sind 40€ marginal. Jeder wird für sich selbst entscheiden ob er bereit ist den Preis zu zahlen.Fazit:Hochwertige Handschuhe welche jedes Bedürfnis an Trainingsunterstützung vollends erfüllen. Lediglich die Probleme beim Ausziehen der nassgeschwitzten Handschuhe trüben das Bild etwas (dies gibt sich bei weiteren Trainingseinheiten).Wer bereit ist 40€ für ein paar Handschuhe auszugeben kauft hier ein ehrliches Produkt. Von mir eine klare Kaufempfehlung.

Wer nur gelegentlich trainiert hat viel Spaß daran, bei häufiger Nutzung doch etwas teuer für diese Nutzungszeitraum!--> auf der Suche nach > 3von5 Sternen muss nun wieder ein günsterigerer Handschuh her.. :)

Der perfekte Trainingshandschuh für mich: robust (der letzte hat 4 Jahre gehalten), schützend und stützend, angenehmer Tragekomfort sowie einfach in der Waschmaschine zu reinigen. Insbesondere die Unterstützung am Handgelenk hat für mich den Ausschlag gegeben. Durch das flexible Band mit Klettverschluss kann ich selbst entscheiden bei welcher Übung ich die Handschuhe fester um das Handgelenk wickle (z. Bsp.: Bankdrücken) und bei welchen Übungen ich das Band nur lose anlege.
