What is the largest recommended pizza size for this pizza peel?

Hello, I typically do 16" pizzas in my Ooni Pro, this peel work great.

Is the metal stainless steel or aluminum. The description states both type of metals. Which one is it?

Feels like aluminum to me. (very light). If it was steel I think it would be much heavier.

No extension needed! Paddle works great.
