I’m very happy with this AI CarPlay box. Setup was quick and easy, and it connected to my phone automatically without any issues. Initially, this devices seemed to solve my problem with the newer Harley's not supporting Android Auto. I followed a youtube video on setting it up with a bypass adapter instead of the bluetooth headset. I struggled from time to time with it disconnecting and having to set it up again. I went through different bypass adapters and even paired with a Sena bluetooth headset. It became more and more difficult to keep connected and now will not connect at all. Since I had tried a bluetooth headset and that didn't work, it seems that this has become faulty. It has been so painful, that I had to share my frustration. I have given up, not going to spend any more money or time with other options. I will just use my phone for bluetooth audio and the built in navigation of the Harley. I guess the main blame is Google for not wanting to support Android Auto on 2 wheels. Maybe it is time to say good bye to Android and go Apple.

This thing is honestly amazing. I have a 2024 Hyundai Elantra with a large screen, but the factory system doesn’t allow video playback. I really don’t like my kids constantly looking down at an iPad during car rides, so I had been searching for something that could play videos directly on the car screen. I read a ton of reviews before buying this, and the opinions were very mixed. I even checked ChatGPT, and it actually didn’t recommend this type of product because people said they can be laggy or unreliable. In the end, I decided to just give it a try anyway — and I’m so glad I did. Setup was easy, and streaming Netflix, YouTube, Disney+, etc. works surprisingly well. The picture looks great on my car’s big screen, and it makes road trips so much better for the kids. The only issue I noticed is with downloaded Netflix movies. I downloaded 4 movies, but they would stop playing after about 3 minutes. So I would recommend streaming online instead of watching downloaded content. When streaming, everything works perfectly fine. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with this purchase. For the price, I think it’s absolutely worth it and one of the best upgrades I’ve bought for my car.
