Shoe Storage Bench, Entryway Shoe Rack with Fiberleather Seat 2-Tier Lift Top Organizer Wooden Shoe Bench for Entryway Hallway Living Room (Black 39.4x13.8x18.9'')

UPDATE: the seller responded to me and worked very hard to try to make this right. They gave me the choice of sending another bench, or a full refund. I opted for getting another bench sent. It came almost immediately. Unfortunately it had almost identical issues to the first, but to a lesser degree. The seller gave me a partial refund to make up for everything and I’m happy. It wasn’t their fault. I discussed the packaging with the seller and because they use different packing than either of my items came with, I believe I was sent not one but two returns. Amazon, you’re busted! That’s incredibly shady. Original review: I want so badly to give this a better review but I just can’t. It’s solid, it looks good, doesn’t look or feel cheap and was relatively easy to put together… but the one I was sent is damaged. The finish was cracked and chipped on the corners of both shelves. The seat had a gummy residue in 2 places. Despite this, I am keeping it because the box is heavy and too unwieldy to load in the car by myself, and getting it picked up will cost. It’s annoying to pay full price and not get a perfect item, but it’s functional; I have scratch cover markers for chips and scratches and a magic eraser for the goo. Also, from the photos, it looks like heels fit in the shelves, right? Wrong. Nothing over 1.5 - 2” will work.

This is well made and sturdy

It’s a great size that is strangely IMPOSSIBLE to find. The wood is beautiful. The shelves are VERY difficult to put on. Higgest issue is that I thought it would have a real lather look as pictured - but it’s SUPER shiny - which makes it look like plastic leather.

Helps keep clutter away . Love it

Love this, great quality, easy assembly, perfect size for entryway

We wanted something traditional to fit our decor so we were ecstatic to find this sturdy piece of furniture. It was very easy to assemble. The bench seat has storage and is very firm but we like it. The best thing is that our shoes are not thrown all over the floor anymore:)

We purchased this bench to use at the foot of the bed in our guest bedroom. We needed a smaller bench due to space constraints but also wanted a sturdy, attractive bench. This product hit all our goals, was easy to assemble and is now in service!

I thought it was fairly straightforward on assembly directions but they only had enough washers for the first set of screws that hold the legs to the bench. It shows to use washers on the shelf connections also but there was not enough for that. So far it seems very sturdy without the washers and I love the look in my entry and height of the bench is comfortable for even the taller members of the family.
