Great Balance of Sweet and Smoky Flavor
This seasoning has a really nice flavor profile. It's not overly salty, which I appreciate, and it has just the right amount of sweetness and smokiness to make burgers and other meats taste great. The combination of spices works well together without any single flavor dominating. The maple and brown sugar add a subtle sweetness, while the garlic and onion provide plenty of savory flavor. I've used it on burgers and chicken so far, and both turned out delicious. It's one of those seasonings that adds a lot of flavor without needing any extra ingredients. Definitely a seasoning I'll keep on hand for grilling and air frying.

Great seasoning, strong smoke taste
I enjoy the rich, bold taste this seasoning brings to grilled meats, it really enhances flavor and makes even simple cuts feel special. It’s easy to use and adds a nice kick without being overly salty. My only issue is that the smoky aroma can be a little overpowering for my taste. It’s a great product if you love strong, barbecue‑style flavors.

Let's Have a Party!
OK, firstly I ended up with 2 small jars of this by mistake. My Mistake! I thought I was buying another bottle of my beloved McCormick Bourbon Brown Sugar seasoning. Well, it was in the middle of the night, while I was perusing Amazon and I ordered the Wrong Spice. Somehow, I ordered Two! Not returning it, because it was my mistake and it was cheap. So, I set off to try this stuff out. It was a very pleasant tasting spice. The one thing I didn't like about it, was the small hard bits in it. You can get over that by pre-soaking in a little water or other liquid. You can also grind it up. I have a spice grinder and a mortar and pestle, so no problem. However, some people love the hard little chunks or as I like to say, "Barbie Sticks". OK, so I grind mine into a finer spice. Then, one of my favorite ways of using it, is in ground turkey for MEATBALLS. Oh Yum! Ground turkey just doesn't have a lot of flavor on its own. But, with this seasoning, it really flavors it up. The meatballs were great on their own, but I played around and made a little sauce for them. I used a little BBQ Sauce (Ray's sugar free Sweet & Smokey), a little Brown Sugar Monk Fruit and a couple teaspoons of this. Then, I brushed it all on my cooked turkey meatballs and put them back in the air fryer a few minutes. The sauce thickened up and made a Sweet, Smokey, Mapley Glaze on the meatballs. Sometimes, we'll have them with our par-boiled rice and sometimes we'll make our meatballs smaller, put toothpicks in them and have them as appetizers. As other reviewers have said, this is great for burgers, chicken and pork chops, too. But, for me, the meatballs are the tastiest way to go. I recommend this seasoning, even though I did purchase it by mistake...lol Thank you for reading my review.
