do the 7100 come with battery grip ?

If you are asking if it comes with an additional battery pack below the body, no it does not. That's a separate accessory. The battery compartment for the supplied battery is at the bottom of the shutter release side of the camera body. Was this what you were asking?

Just making sure this is a US nikon model, with US warranty. VS grey market import?

The one I got was US warranty, one year on the body, and the lens was international 5 year which I think is standard. If it comes something else, send it back.
