After 11 days uses.... I am Very Happy with this Treadmill (Durafit91 Racer Multifunction). Value for money. Installation :- Easy to assamble (Any one can do it) Product Function :- User Friendly Built quality :- Super Quality for Home use. Noise :- Almost NIL Vibration :- NIL Strength :- Strong body, I can easily run at 7.5 kmph speed for 28 minits with my 84kg body weight (It's Tried and Tested by me till date) Overall :- Very good product

Dear Durafit Customer Support Team, I am extremely disappointed with the support I have received for my Durafit91 Surge 5 HP Peak BLDC Treadmill. I purchased this treadmill approximately 8 months ago and have been using it regularly, around 3โ4 days per week. For the past several days, the treadmill has been stopping suddenly in the middle of walking/running and displaying an E08 error. I have already submitted a technical support/service ticket, but I have received no response or proper assistance till now. This is a serious safety issue because the treadmill is stopping suddenly while I am exercising. I purchased a Durafit treadmill expecting reliable quality and after-sales service, but unfortunately this has been one of the worst experiences I have had with Durafit customer support. I request you to take immediate action: Arrange a FREE warranty technician visit without any further delay. Inspect the treadmill and identify the cause of the E08 error. Replace the faulty component(s) under warranty at no cost to me. Properly test the treadmill after repair before closing the complaint. Provide me with the service ticket number, technician details and expected visit date. Please do not close the service request without confirming with me that the problem has been completely resolved. The treadmill is still within the applicable warranty period, and I expect Durafit to provide proper warranty support. I request an immediate response to this complaint. If I do not receive a proper response or technician visit, I will be forced to escalate the matter through the appropriate consumer grievance channels. I can provide the purchase invoice, serial number, photographs and video showing the treadmill stopping with the E08 error whenever required. Please treat this as an URGENT WARRANTY AND SAFETY COMPLAINT.
