Received used item in a really bad shape and can’t even return it ! The item is flimsy and plasticky and looks like a dollar menu item from the dollar store ( for NRIs who know). Don’t waste 3K on this item. I should probably sue them for their false advertising's! Probably someone returned it and they just shipped it to me …

I purchased it a year ago. It worked great, but the heating coil stopped working now even after using distilled water. I am ready to pay for the repair since it is out of warranty but customer support has not been helpful. So spending 3-4k on this product for one year is not worth it.
