I purchased this washing machine less than a month ago, and I’m already facing repeated problems. The spin function has stopped working, and when I contacted Samsung Customer Care, a service request was raised. A service engineer visited today, checked the machine, and said there seems to be an issue with the card/part. I was told that the required part may arrive tomorrow or the day after, but there is still no clear timeline or proper resolution. When I asked Customer Care why I should be facing repeated repair issues with a brand-new machine, I was simply told that the engineer would visit and explain the issue. But my question is simple: why should I keep waiting for repairs when I have purchased a brand-new product and paid full price for it? It hasn’t even been one month, and I’m already dealing with breakdowns, engineer visits, replacement parts, and uncertainty about when the machine will actually be fixed. This is extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable for a new product. I expected a reliable washing machine from Samsung, not repeated repairs within the first month. Very disappointed with Samsung’s product quality and customer service. I expect a proper and permanent resolution, preferably a replacement, rather than making me wait repeatedly for repairs.
