Amazing emergency nibbler
I have been using this for small cuts on ladders, and as backup at jobsites without electricity. It gets hot fairly quickly, but has kept the show going on much much longer than I expected. If you are resheeting your trailer, this is a far cheaper choice than a corded nibbler. As a pro, it comes in handy as backup.

Yes, it cuts
I purchased this tool knowing it can come in handy, metal working you never know when you will run into a "situation" as My Friend Pete would say, that will call for a tool like this. For the price I could not see any reason why I would pass on it.I have an air nibbler that HF used to carry and have it mounted like you would a router on a router table, it works well for straight cuts. Be fore warned these nibblers produce extremely sharp and deviously dangerous pieces of tiny little needle sharp slivers of what ever you are cutting. This one will be for freehand use although it will be toward the bottom of my list of tools I would use when cutting sheet metal.Aside from various hand held shears, snips and HF air shears, I would probably fire up the plasma cutter first.Pete said I should get one of these, so there ya go!. . . . and it comes in a nice box!Buy one it's a deal.

I like it
It works. I take one star because the drill base is badly designed. If you see the photo where a cordless drill appears, you will see that the "drill attachment tool" clamps in a part of the drill that spins. Nonsense. I've tried to use it in a corded drill and in fact the clamp diameter is correct, but the distance for the chuck is not, making it unusable. I'm thinking in cutting it in half and attach each part to a wood base. Anyway, the rest of the kit works very well and the price is great.

$14 tool that works like a champ
Skeptics take my word for it. you will not be disappointed in this tool. I know, its $14, but damn, it works so good I'd pay twice that, or more. Add your cordless drill and cut sheet metal anywhere. fast clean cuts. comes with a stand to mount your drill into, and a straight edge tool for making circles or straights. a cheap pair of gloves and safety glasses are just icing on the cake.the tool works. buy it. cut stuff.

Great, with the correct RPM drill
Great, does the job, but I need the CORRECT rpm drill. If you don't use the CORRECT rpm drill it will be of mediocre use. Not the manufacturers fault, I just did not have the higher rpm drill but it did the job I needed to, just not as fast or cleanly. Be warned of the above or don't complain of the performance. Read decription of the minimum rpm use and you will be fine with the correct drill

Very happy with this item!
It took a little learning to make it do what I wanted, but it works like a champ. Used it to trim panels for a metal building I put up this summer. Never had a problem once I got the skills down to cut straight lines or curves. Worked best on panels with limited curves or bumps. It took effort to cut around corners on some sheet metal with bends.

Good quality, works great.
The first piece of metal I cut with it was a 1/16" thick sheet of steel about 8" wide that I needed a strip cut off of. It worked great, but I recommend practicing on a few pieces of light-weight scrap first. It can be a bit bulky to use free hand, but if it were mounted in a table of some kind, like a router table, it would be a breeze.

Limited usage
Has its uses that are very specific. Works well for that but generally itโs limited. Good for flat metal.
