Iโm a true King Arthur Gluten free fan and this protein pancake mix is the best !! Amazing taste and love that it doesnโt have unnecessary ingredients ! This gluten free version tastes better than popular regular protein pancake mixes, and makes a fluffy , light , yummy pancake ! I also find it very cost effective compared to other brands as well.

Awesome gluten free pancake mix that actually is low sugar and high protein for those wanting a healthier breakfast pancake. My 8 year old made these (with my supervision) he mixed everything up and I cooked them on the stove and they came out great!We made the whole package and then had them over the next 2-3 days.Great with a little butter and maple syrup OR butter and a little salt for a more savory, low sugar option.Very fluffy and brownie nicely on each side. Tip: don't put too much batter in the pan per pancake or they will be very thick pancakes.
