Great tasting sugar substitute
If you are looking for a more natural sugar replacement, this is wonderful. I have tried other brands of monk fruit & allulose and in my opinion this one has the best taste.

It states right on the package that the country of origin is China. My daughter does not want to use it for baking.

Tastes like sugar, with a hint of bitterness
This is a review of: Unbelievable 12 Oz Natural Monk Fruit Sweetener with Allulose | 84+ servings | Smooth Blend Zero Calorie Sweetener for Baking & Beverages | Resealable Pouch & Zero Net Carbs Taste: The sweetener is very sweet. It is almost exactly like sugar when you eat it plain, or when you mix it into things. I detect just the slightest hint of bitterness, similar to many artificial sweeteners. However, the hint of bitterness is almost nonexistent when you mix it into any kind of food or beverage. Allulose is probably the closest substitute to real sugar I have ever seen. The monkfruit, I’m not so sure about that. As I said, it adds a little bit of bitterness. Be aware that this will not bake quite the same as regular sugar, and you might want to mix in just a little bit of regular sugar for texture, and to help your food brown properly. Texture: This mixture has an extremely fine texture. Think powdered sugar. The first time I opened the package, it poofed up into my face, spilled on my shirt, and got all over the place. So, it’s a little bit messy, and you have to be careful with it, especially the first time you open the package. Container: This comes in a small thick plastic bag. The bag is resealable, and is the weight of the product is 12 ounces. The package was easy to open, and easy to reseal. However, the sugar substitute is so fine, that it tends to get caught into the sealing track of the bag. This sesults in the sugar substitute falling all over the counter, poofing up into the air, and spilling all over each time you open the bag. It’s easy to breathe it in by accident, which is quite unpleasant, and likely to make you sneeze. Where it’s made: Be aware that this product is made in China, according to the notes on the packaging. It specifically says, country of origin: China. It says it is distributed by Unbelievable LLC in the US. Cost & Value: The price of this product seems to be pretty comparable to most allulose and monk fruit mixes that I have seen in other places. The product is currently priced at 11.99, on Amazon, in September of 2024. That is fairly reasonable, in my opinion.

Taste like table sugar
I've had other monk fruit sweetener before so I was excited to try the monk fruit and allulose sweetener from unbelievable foods. In my opinion, I thought this version of the sweetener tasted really sweet, compared to other monk fruit sweeteners I've tried in the past, so I would adjust the amount I'd use to offset the sweetness. But this has been great to add a sugar substitute when cooking or baking. When I tried to fully replace sugar with this sweetener when baking cookies, it definitely change the texture and time needed to bake the cookies, so just keep this in mind when using it.

Sweet and simple replacement
This monk fruit and allulose sweetener is a solid option if you're looking for a sugar substitute that’s low-calorie and keto-friendly. It’s very fine, almost like powdered sugar, and does a great job of mixing into drinks or food without leaving any strange aftertaste. The sweetness level is high, so you might want to use a little less than you normally would. It worked well for me in tea and smoothies, but baking might need some adjustments since it doesn't brown like regular sugar. The resealable bag can be a bit messy though, so be careful when you open it. Overall, it’s a good value for the price.

Works like sugar, but misleading country of origin
This Unbelievable monk fruit/allulose sweetener was great in my tea; it tasted just like a finer blend of sugar without any bitterness. We used it for pancakes too; yum. I may not use it for baking since I'm not sure how the blend will work for high altitude. The country of origin on the product description lists USA, but the bag clearly states China (it is only distributed in the USA). Innocent error or deception? Good to know if this is important to you.
