I have been using this balm for a week now, and I like it. It goes on easy, is easy to massage into skin, and washes off nicely. The best part is that it dissolves my makeup, especially eye makeup, very well. Just remember to put it onto dry, not wet, skin. I will continue to use it.

Love this! The smell is VERY subtle. The effectiveness is amazing! It does not burn your eyes & it does not leave an oily residue. I am so happy with the fact that I do not need an additional makeup remover solution just for my eyes.

Love it more than my previous brand of makeup remover cleaning balm. Gentle on my sensitive aging skin. Removes all traces of my foundation and mascara, And smells great. I always buy small sizes to make sure of a new product and was happy to repurchase it in the larger sizes for my 2 bathrooms and saved the rinsed out one smaller one for traveling.

This stuff is awesome. I was so tied of using oil based makeup removers with cotton pads. It felt so wasteful and also like I was ripping my lashes out rubbing it. With this your makeup melts off right away it’s amazing. It’s super easy to use in the shower or just at your sink. It doesn’t burn your eyes either. My skin feels so clean and moisturized after!

This is a good product with a light scent. I ordered the smallest size to try it before committing to a larger size. I do like this significantly more than the La Roche-Posay hydrating cleanser I have been using (which does not remove the makeup like the Farmacy cleansing balm). This balm also does not dry out my skin, which is a reason I would continue using it. It's very easy to use, I have a metal product spatula to scoop it out on to my hand and then apply to my face. I deducted one star because I feel like I need to use slightly more of this balm than another balm I was using. However, I have been using it for about 3 weeks and I still have a lot left. I think I can continue to use the smaller size which makes it more cost effective than some other options. If you want easy makeup removal that does not dry out your skin (and you do not mind a light, pleasant scent) this is definitely a good product to use.

The product is so moisturizing and silky. I use it every night and it is very effective.

A lovely cleansing balm that removes makeup so gently, so soft on the skin. I’ve purchased this before in a larger size. This smaller size is a good size for travel, but a little pricey tbh. Still lovely though!

I am so happy I splurged a little during Prime Days and got this cleansing balm! For reference, I was previously using the Plantifique papaya cleansing balm and was convinced I’d found my holy grail product…only to run out in juuuust over a month. Yikes. So, I combed the app for a cleansing balm that was a balm-to-oil texture and rinsed off clean and left your skin feeling refreshed, not stripped. After reading the reviews and consulting the Sephora app as well, I pulled the trigger and purchased the big size of this balm cleanser - and I am glad I did!It does exactly what I was looking for, rinses off in a milky, non-stripping way, and smells lovely - citrusy and slightly green. It takes off all my makeup and doesn’t sting my eyes - hallelujah! Though it is pricey, it is well worth it and I will be repurchasing when I (slowly, this time *ahem* Plantifique) run out.
