Q: Is this the same product/formula as the "blue buffalo blue indoor hairball control chicken and brown rice recipe dry cat food?"

I believe it is. There is a picture of the old packaging in the upper left corner of the Tastefuls bag. I think they just changed the packaging.

Q: One of mt cats I've needed to feed a grain free diet. Has anyone else tried to switch their "sensitive" cat to this with a positive result?

Yes my cat is eight years old and he had been on regular cat food for most of his life. Then he started having stomach issues and I switched to the grain free sensitive stomach. Before I try sensitive stomach I just used grain free and he still had issues. But when I switched it to grain free and sensitive stomach I saw a complete change.

Q: Are indoor hairball natural mature dry food and healthy aging for mature similar?

No. They are not the "same". The main difference between the two is that the indoor hairball mature dry food has an added quality of helping cats with hairballs and healthy aging for mature cats does not. If you have a cat that is longhaired or has a very thick coat, I recommend the hairball formula.
