This Morphy Richards 52L OTG is absolutely worth it. I received a completely sealed, brand-new unit in perfect condition. The build quality, looks, and performance are superb. I tested all the functions — heating, convection fan, rotisserie, lights — everything works smoothly. Great for baking, roasting, and especially Christmas cakes. The size is perfect and the oven looks premium in the kitchen. Very happy with this purchase and the value for money. Highly recommended!

One rod not heating up
Just got myself this OTG. The bottom rod in the rear doens't heat up. I try calling customer service. No response. Later a guy calls me something half asleep at about 11 in the morning. Tells me to call the local toll free number. I ask him to help me her that number. He puts me on hold and cuts the call.

Tin metal used is not heat worthy.
A flimsy product. Doors getting stuck, it looses structural integrity when it heats up. Just bends inwards from below. Good for small works like reheating.
