Delicious coffee every time.

I love this Company and their company. I traditionally get the Special Day as my #1....The blends are great and am a loyal fan favorite (except they're dumped the Mid-Night Special Decaf). I am a customer (last 4 yrs) and have purchase numerous times). Their variety packs is great, my only wish is that they'd serve/offer small counts (e.g. 20+) so everyone can have a taste for then the variety box. I really like the Cozy Blend (Medium blend). Hope they read and send me a reply......finding good coffee is hard.

We loooove this coffee it has notes of cocoa or chocolate and is strong if on the right setting. However, the last two deliveries we received had pods that pods were/are over-filled with air so when they go in the machine they burst open and the grounds go everywhere. Our solution is to have a toothpick near the pot to poke a hole in the pod before putting it in place, this helps reduce the coffee ground mess most times.

Consistent quality cup, reasonable depth coffee. Only problem is occasion shipment where one or more pods has ruptured scattering ground coffee over entire shipment (Amazon does replace the shipment promptly).
